This is arguably the most critical section for a physical activity like yoga.
* Assumption of Risk: Users must explicitly acknowledge and voluntarily accept the inherent risks of injury or death involved in physical activity, including yoga, and that their participation is at their own risk.
* Health and Medical Disclaimer:
* The content (classes, instruction, materials) is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
* Users are responsible for consulting a qualified medical practitioner before beginning any physical activity, especially if they have pre-existing conditions, injuries, are pregnant, or are taking medication.
* A statement that the user is physically fit to participate.
* Limitation of Liability: A clause limiting your liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the website or participation in the classes.
* Indemnification: The user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold your school and its employees harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from their breach of the T&Cs or their use of the services.
III. Online Course/Membership Specifics
* Registration and Account Security: Requirements for account creation (e.g., age minimum, providing accurate information), and the user's responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account.
* Scope of Access/License:
* Granting a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use of the courses/content.
* Specify the duration of access (e.g., lifetime access, 1-year membership, access expires 2 weeks after course completion).
* Payment Terms:
* Pricing details, acceptable payment methods, and currency.
* Terms for subscriptions (e.g., automatic renewal, billing cycle, how to cancel the subscription).
* Consequences of failed or late payments (e.g., suspension of access).
* Cancellation and Refund Policy: Clear and detailed policy regarding:
* Refund eligibility (e.g., within X days of purchase, only if the course has not started, no refunds once a certain percentage of content is viewed).
* Cancellation of subscriptions.
* Any administration or transfer fees.
IV. Intellectual Property (IP)
* Ownership of Content: Clearly state that all intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademarks, course materials, videos, text, logos, and images, belong to your online yoga school.
* Prohibited Use: Users may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the content or the website for commercial purposes without express written consent.
* Sharing Restrictions: Explicitly prohibit the sharing of login credentials, course materials, or distributing videos.
V. Code of Conduct and Termination
* Student Behavior: Outline expected behavior, especially for live/interactive classes or community forums (e.g., no abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive conduct).
* Right to Refuse/Terminate: Reserve the right to suspend or terminate a user's account and access to the service (without refund, if applicable) for violation of the T&Cs, including inappropriate conduct or fraudulent use.

* Privacy Policy Link: Reference and link to your separate Privacy Policy, which details how you collect, use, and protect user data.
* Third-Party Links: Disclaimer regarding any external websites or services linked from your site, stating you are not responsible for their content or policies.
* Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: Specify which country's or state's laws will govern the T&Cs and the jurisdiction where any legal disputes must be resolved (e.g., mandatory arbitration or court location).
* Warranties Disclaimer: State that the service is provided "as is" and "as available," and you make no guarantees about the continuous availability, error-free nature, or results obtained from the service.
